Available for sell : OCTOBER 20, 2009 onwards
Selling location : Every manual booths of First Stage Expressway System (Bang Na - Din Daeng - Dao Kanong)
Every manual booths of RAE System (Ramindra-Atnarong).

Ready for use : NOVEMBER 15, 2009
Usage Location - First Stage Expressway System (Bang Na - Din Daeng - Dao Kanong)
- RAE System (Ramindra-Atnarong).
