How Inquiry Basket works?
Inquiry Basket works like a shopping cart. You can add unlimited numbers of products or suppliers to your list and continue searching. Then, you can send all your inquiries at one time.

How to place products and suppliers in your Inquiry Basket?
Simply check items of interest and then click the 'Add to Basket' button. You can view the contents of your list at any time to add items, send inquiries or view a list of sent inquiries.

Add items directly from:
- Any product search results page
- Any supplier search results page
- Any supplier web site
- Any product profile

You may view the contents of your Inquiry Basket from anywhere by clicking on the 'Inquiry Basket' link.

How to send customized messages to one or more suppliers?
To send customized messages to one or more suppliers, select suppliers using 'Select All' and 'Clear All' then click 'Send An Inquiry'. On the next page, you can write a customized inquiry to the selected suppliers.

If no suppliers in the basket are selected:
Click 'Select All' then uncheck the suppliers to whom you don't want to send the same message. The unchecked suppliers will remain in your Inquiry Basket for 48 hours. Or simply check the suppliers to whom you want to send the same message.

If all suppliers in the basket are selected:
Click 'Clear All' then check the suppliers to whom you want to send the same message.

More Inquiry Basket options
- Link to Supplier Take you to the supplier's home page for information about the supplier and his products by clicking on company name.
- Link to Product Profile Link to the product profile for specifications about the product by clicking on product name.
- Send An Inquiry Send the inquiry to your selected suppliers.
- Select All Check all the items in your Inquiry Basket.
- Clear All Uncheck all the items in your Inquiry Basket.

Is there any condition for using an Inquiry Basket?
All inquiries are reserved for only members of thailand.com. It is completely free and easy to apply for membership by filling in information in the Buyer Registration form including your desired login ID and password. You are asked to input the login ID and password every time you send an inquiry in order that we can introduce you to any suppliers whom you are reaching.
