The Trading Platform is an on-line trading system developed by thailand.com/exports to allow convenient trading between Thai exporters and global buyers. Go to Register to Buy

What are the benefits of the Trading Platform?
The Trading Platform can store all records of trade negotiations and enables you to view negotiation history conveniently. Incoming buyer inquiries are automatically sent to the supplier's e-mail address. You just click on the URL Link in your e-mail to log in and view messages directly. Therefore, you don't need to go thailand.com everyday, just check your daily e-mail as usual.

Go to www.thailand.com/exports. On the left hand side, you will see the Trading Zone. Enter your log in ID and password, then click the Go button.

What do I do if I forget my password?
Click on the "Forgot your password?" link. You will be requested to enter the log-in ID and security answer. Your password will later be sent to you through your given e-mail.

What is Mail Manager?
Mail Manager is a mail storage system separated into 4 general folders:
Inbox - stores mails from counterparts. For unread messages, the title of that inquiry subject is shown in bold. You can check every mail by clicking on each Inquiry Subject.

What are inside Mail Manager Inbox?
The Mail Manager contains all lists of receiving mails, each showing a counterpart's name, date, ID, inquiry subject, mail status and stage.

Inquiry Subject - This is derived from the first mail's subject from a counterpart. By clicking on the title of Inquiry Subject, you can view the negotiation histories of any inquiry in detail.
Mail Status - The actual status of mail is shown as follows:
1. New - A mail that you have not yet replied to a counterpart.
2. Replied - A mail that you have already viewed details and responded to a counterpart.
Stage - The progress of negotiation for any inquiry is shown as follows.
i. Negotiation The transaction is still under the negotiation process.
ii. Partially Accept Offer One party has already accepted the purchase order.
iii. Accept Offer Both parties have already accepted the purchase order.

What is Inquiry Manager?

Open Inquiries - This folder holds all records of all the negotiations in progress.
Closed Inquiries - If you want to discontinue negotiations of a specific deal, you may stop the negotiation process in Closed Inquiries.

You can manipulate inquiries between Open and Closed Inquiries as desired by clicking on the appropriate button.

What are inside the Open and Closed Inquiries pages?
Inside the Inquiries pages are lists of transactions in summary, which consist of counterpart's name, latest update, ID, inquiry subject, latest activity and stage.

Latest Update - The latest date of negotiation between a counterpart and you.
ID - Several related correspondences under a specific deal are assigned only one identification number.
Inquiry Subject - Derived from the first mail's subject from a counterpart. By clicking on Inquiry Subject, you can view the negotiation histories of any inquiry in detail.
Latest Activity - This helps remind you whether you have recently received a mail or sent a reply to a counterpart.
Stage - The progress of negotiation for any inquiry.

Click on the Respond button at the bottom of the page. In the Response page, you will see a counterpart's message on the left hand side. Enter your message freely in the Text Message box on the right. Product Details and Commercial Terms sections are provided to let you add further details. After completing all fields, click on the Submit button at the bottom of the page to send a response to your counterpart. After sending the response, you have to wait for the counterpart's reply, which will be automatically sent to you via e-mail.

How is the stage of negotiation process tracked?
"Negotiate" is always shown as the stage of negotiation till a counterpart or you click 'Accept Offer', then the stage will change to "Partially Accept Offer". If both parties click on the button to accept dealing terms and conditions, "Accept Offer" is shown instead.
