  Most
visitors to Ban Phe are just passing through on their way
to Ko Samet. The beach is not particularly nice in this active
little fishing village, but there are a few bungalows which
cater to Thai tourists and foreigners who arrive too late
to catch the last ferry to Ko Samet. Apart from the local
fish market, a small botanical garden and a few food and handicraft
stalls, there is little to see or do in Ban Phe.
