Airport
Procedure
Budget has a counter at all Department of Aviation Airports
from which we operate. Due to a current monopoly situation on
in-terminal desks at Airport Authority of Thailand locations
(Chiang Rai, Chiang Mai, Bangkok, Phuket and Hatyai), Budget
meets all customers with a prominent sign outside the airport
terminals (at the hotel and resort reception meeting areas).
We guarantee to meet all reserved bookings off scheduled incoming
and departing flights. There are no additional fees or taxes
for renters picking up or returning cars at Thai airports.
After Hours
Vehicles must be picked up or returned within office hours unless
prior arrangements have been made with the appropriate Budget
office. Our free delivery and pickup service to other than airports
also only operates during office hours. Ask about our key drop
boxes for out of hours returns. |
