Preparation:
1.
Dissolve sugar and salt in hot water. Add
vinegar and allow to cool.
2. Place the cucumber, shallot and red fresh
chilli in a small serving bowl. Pour the
vinegar mixture over these ingredients.
Note
: This sauce is a side dish for Moo
Satay (Grilled Pork with Curry Peanut
Sauce), Gaeng
Ga-ree Gai (Yellow Chicken Curry) and
Khanom
Pang Naa Moo (Deep-fried Minced Pork
Toast).
