Cha Dam Yen
Ingredients:
For 2 servings
2 tbs. tea leaves
4-6 tsp. sugar
4 tsp. lime or lemon juice (optional)
2 cups boiled water

Preparation:

1. Put tea leaves into boiled water, then filter.
2. Add sugar and lime juice. If serving cold, the taste should be strong and sweet as the ice will reduce its impact.

Note : Thai people love ice cold drinks due to the warm climate. However, this recipe can be served hot or cold.
