Preparation:
1.
Marinate pork with hung lay curry paste
for 20 minutes.
2. Put marinated pork in a pot and add water.
Simmer until tender.
3. Add ginger slices, peanuts and garlic.
Simmer well.
4. Flavor with fish sauce, sugar and tamarind
juice. Simmer until the curry becomes slightly
thick.
5. When serving, garnish with thin-sliced
ginger.

: This dish originated from Myanmar. It
is considered to be a noble dish for special
occasions such as celebrations or welcoming
parties.
