Gaeng Jued Tao Hoo Moo sup
Ingredients:
For 2 servings
For minced pork:
100g.(3 1/2oz) minced pork
2-3tsp. garlic,finely chopped
1/2 tsp. ground peppercorns
1- 1 1/2 tbs. white soya sauce
For soup:
50g.( 1 1/2oz) tofu, cut into pieces
4 cups pork stock
1 tbs.. preserved radish
1 tbs.. White soya sauce
1/2 tsp. ground peppercorns
1 stalk spring onion,cut into 1-inch pieces
2 tsp. garlic, finely chopped and sauteed
 

Preparation:

1. Mix all the minced pork mixture together in a small bowl. Marinate for 30 minutes.
2. Bring the pork stock to a boil over moderate heat. Put a spoonful of pork mixture to the boiling soup. Repeat until the pork mixture is finished.
3. Season with preserved radish, white soya sauce and peppercorns. Adjust the flavour as desired.
4. Let the soup boiled until the pork is cooked. Put tofu into the soup. Remove from heat.
5. When serving, garnish with spring onion , sauteed garlic and peppercorns.
