cashew
nuts |

chillies, cut into bite size pieces |

tomato
ketchup |

white
soya sauce |

sesame

Preparation:
1.
Heat the oil in a frying pan. Fry dried
chillies with cashew nuts until golden brown.
Remove from pan.
2. In the frying pan, mix the vegetable
oil and sesame oil over a moderate heat.
Add garlic and stir-fry.
3. Add chicken slices to the stir-fry.
4. Put onion, bell pepper and pineapple
into the pan. Continue stir-frying until
the chicken is cooked.
5. Add chilli, tomato, and white soya sauce
with salt and sugar to enhance the taste.
Finally, add dried chillies and cashew nuts
to the stir-fry.
