Preparation:
1. In a frying pan, saute the garlic until
golden. Add the Chinese spaghetti and stir-fry
for 30 seconds.
2. Add Chinese chives, dark soya sauce,
and fermented whole soybeans sauce. Stir-fry
for another 1 minute.
3. When serving, sprinkle with ground peppercorns.
Season with chilli powder, sugar, and fish
sauce, if desired.
Note
: This is a typical Northern dish. Boiled
Japanese noodles can be used as a substitute.
