Preparation:
1. In a mixing bowl, mix together the minced
pork, egg, white soya sauce, coriander roots,
and peppercorns.
2. On each piece of bread, place some pork
mixture in the center.
3. In a deep frying pan, heat the oil. Deep
fry the bread in the hot oil until golden.
4. When serving, garnish with coriander
leaf and fresh chillies.

: Usually accompanied with Ar-jad.
