Preparation:
1.
In a frying pan, heat the vegetable oil.
Saute garlic in hot oil until golden.
2. Add crab, prawns, and squid to the pan.
Fry for approximately 15-20 seconds. Add
rice, onion, bell pepper, spring onion,
and tomatoes. Fry for another 10-15 seconds.
3. Season with white soya sauce and sugar.
Increase the heat to high, and fry for another
5 seconds. Remove from the heat.
4. When serving, sprinkle with ground peppercorns
and chopped spring onions.
Note
: Fried rice is normally served with fresh
cucumber slices, lime slices, spring onions
and Nam
Pla Phrik (Chillies in fish sauce )
