Sauce: |

Preparation:
1.
In a small pot, boil all of the sauce ingredients.
Simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from the heat
and filter.
2. In a large serving platter, arrange the
rest of the ingredients in separate piles.
3. To eat, spoon rice onto individual plates,
and take a little of each ingredient to
mix with the rice. Top with the sauce.

who always wish to keep slim.
