macaroni,
boiled |

seafood,
cleaned well |

1/4
cup |
red
basil leaves |
|
2-3

red
fresh chillies, cut into strips |

garlic,
finely chopped |

tbs. |
fish
sauce |

tbs. |
white
soya sauce |

tsp. |
sugar |
|

tsp. |
oyster
sauce |

tsp. |
vegetable
oil |

Preparation:
1. In a frying pan, heat the oil and saute
the garlic until golden. Add seafood. Stir
well until cooked.
2. Season with fish sauce, white soya sauce,
sugar and oyster sauce. Adjust the flavour.
Add red basil leaves and fresh chillies.
3. Add the boiled macaroni and stir-fry.
Remove from heat.
Note
: Chicken or pork can be used instead of
seafood.
