Preparation:
1.
In a frying pan, saute the garlic until
golden using low heat.
2. Add pork and increase the heat to medium.
Stir fry until the pork cooks. Then, add
rice noodles, dark soya sauce, and tomato
ketchup. Stir until all mixed thoroughly.
3. Add kale, and season with fish sauce
and sugar. Fry until the kale becomes dark
green. Then, remove.
Note
: This is a specialty of Phuket. Normally,
it can be served as breakfast or lunch a-la-cart.
