Preparation:
1. In a mixing bowl, mix the minced pork,
pork skin, ginger, shallots and fresh chillies
together. Toss until all mixed well.
2. Season with lime juice, fish sauce, sugar
and chilli powder.
3. When serving, sprinkle with roast peanuts,
coriander leaves and spring onion.
Note
: Usually accompanied with fresh vegetables
as side dishes eg. cabbage and coriander.
