Nam Farang
Ingredients:
For 3 servings
2 cups ripe guava, cut into small pieces
6 cups water
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp. salt
 

Preparation:

1. In a fruit blender, crush the guava and water until finely blended. Pour this mixture into a filter to get clear guava juice.
2. Boil the guava juice with sugar and salt using high heat. Remove and leave until cooled.
3. Serve with crushed ice.
