Nam Gra-jiab
Ingredients:
For 2 servings
1/2 cup dried roselle
5 cups warm water
1 cups sugar
 

Preparation:

1. Rinse the roselle well and drain.
2. Boil water with the dried roselle for approximately 20-30 minutes using low heat.
3. Add sugar while boiling.
4. Pour the boiled roselle juice through a filter or a white thin cloth to separate the roselle. Leave until cool.
5. Serve with ice.
