Nam Jim Jaew
Ingredients:
5 tbs. fish sauce
2 tsp. palm sugar
2 tsp tamarind juice
2 tsp chilli powder
1 shallot, finely chopped
1 tsp. spring onion, finely chopped
2 tsp. sticky rice grains, brown
 

Preparation:

Mix all the ingredients together.

Note : Usually accompanied with various northeastern dishes eg. Sue Rong Hai (Marinated Grilled Beef with Northeastern-style Spicy Sauce), Gai Yang & Khao Neow (Marinated Grilled Chicken with Sticky Rice) and Jaew Hon (Northeastern-style Spicy Soup)
