Nam Ma-toom
Ingredients:
For 10 servings
10 slices dried bale fruit
10 cups water
2 cups sugar
 

Preparation:

1. Grill the bale fruit until you can smell the aroma.
2. In a large pot, boil the bale fruit with water using low heat for approximately 30 minutes.
3. Filter the boiled bale fruit juice and add sugar. Stir well until sugar dissolves.
4. Serve with ice.
