Nam Sap-pa-rod
Ingredients:
Whole pineapple (Canned pineapple can also be used)
500g.(1 lb.) sugar
6 tsp. water
2-3 tbs. lime
 

Preparation:

Cut pineapple into small pieces.
Prepare the syrup by boiling sugar with 2 cups of water. Add pineapple to the syrup. Add lime juice as desired when the juice is boiling. Let cool and add4 cups of water.
