Ingredients: |

lemongrass,
finely sliced |
|
1
cup |
lemongrass
leave, finely chopped |

1
cup |
sugar |
|
5
cup |
water |
|

|
Preparation:
1.Boil
the water with the sliced lemongrass. Let
it boiled untill the water turns yellow.
Remove from heat and pour through the filter
to separate the lemongrass
2.In the electric blender, blend the chopped
lemongrass leave with 1/2 cup of water.
Pour through the filter to separate the
leaves. This makes the condensed lemongrass
juice.
3. Boil the lemongrass juice from step 1
again. Add sugar and let it boil until dissolved
well. Add the condensed lemongrass juice.
Stir and remove from heat.
4. It could be either as a hot or cold drink.
