Preparation:
1.
Using a mortar, pound the garlic and chillies
together.
2. In a pan, heat vegetable oil over low
heat. Fry the garlic and chillies mixture
in hot oil until you can smell the aroma.
3. Increase the heat and add chicken and
pumpkin to the pan. Fry all ingredients
well and season with fish sauce and sugar.
4. Add red basil leaves to the pan. Stir
well and remove.
5. Garnish with fresh chillies.

: This dish is suitable for a low calorie
diet. It contains approximately 150 calories.
