Preparation:
1.
Wash and drain the beansprouts and tofu.
2. Heat the oil in a frying pan, and saute
the garlic over high heat until golden.
3. Put the tofu in a pan and stir-fry. Add
white soya sauce, sugar and oyster sauce
to taste.
4. Add the beansprouts and stir-fry. Quickly
remove from heat; otherwise, the beansprouts
will not look white and fresh.

: This dish is suitable for a low calorie
diet. It contains only 156 calories.
