Preparation:
1.
In a pot, bring water to a boil. Then, add
the diced pork and ribs. Simmer for 15 minutes.
2. Then, add grounded shallots and tamarind
juice. Bring to a boil. Put the pickled
cabbages into the boiling soup. Simmer until
cooked.
3. When serving, sprinkle with sauteed shallots
and dried chillies.
Note:
This dish is common in Northern Thailand.
It is suitable for low calorie diet.
