Phon-la-mai Loy Kaew
Ingredients:
For 2 servings
Assorted Thai fruits : tangerine, grapes, pineapple,watermelon
2 cups syrup
1/2 tsp. salt
2 cups crushed ice
Rose petals, for garnishing
 

Preparation:

1. Wash the fruits well and drain. Cut into bite size dices.
2. Place the diced fruits in serving dishes. Add salt to syrup and pour over the fruits.
3. Top with crushed ice and rose petals.
4. Serve immediately.
