Preparation:
1.
In a small mixing bowl, mix together instant
"tom yam" paste, lime juice, fish
sauce, and sugar.
2. Spread the "tom yam" mixture
on each slice of bread. Top with pieces
of prawn, squid, mushroom, kaffir lime leave,
coriander leaves, fresh chillies, and a
little mayonnaise.
3. Bake at 400? F until golden and crispy.
Note
: Instant "tom yam" paste is available
in various oriental grocery stores.
