Preparation:
1.
Rinse the squid well; remove the insides
and drain.
2. In an oven, bake the squid until thoroughly
cooked. Occasionally brush the squid with
butter or margarine.
3. Garnish with slices of spring onion,
lime and garlic. Season with peppercorns.
Note
