Preparation:
1.
Clean the vegetables and drain well.
2. When serving, arrange the vegetables,
tofu, boiled egg and chips in a serving
plate.
3. Dress with Curry Peanut Sauce ( Nam Jim
Moo Satay)
.
Note : This dish is suitable for vegetarian
menu.
