Preparation:
1. Boil the water with the garlic and peppercorn
seeds. Then place the chicken wings and
potatoes in the water until cooked.
2. Season with the white soya sauce, fish
sauce, and tomatoes. Simmer over a low heat
until the chicken is properly cooked.
3. Add the celery when serving.
