Soup Gai
Ingredients:
For 1 servings
2 2 chicken wings (upper part), clean well
2 2 potatoes, cut into quarters
2 2 tomatoes, cut into quarters
1 1 onion, cut into quarters, celery for garnish
2 tsp. white soya sauce
2 tsp. fish sauce
5 cloves garlic
10 seeds peppercorn
 

Preparation:

1. Boil the water with the garlic and peppercorn seeds. Then place the chicken wings and potatoes in the water until cooked.
2. Season with the white soya sauce, fish sauce, and tomatoes. Simmer over a low heat until the chicken is properly cooked.
3. Add the celery when serving.

Tip -This dish is suitable for a low calorie diet. It contains only 121 kilocalories.
