Preparation:
1. Marinate the beef with fish sauce, white
soya sauce, sugar and brandy for 1 hour.
2. Charcoal grill for approximately 8 minutes
or until the beef becomes medium rare.
3. Serve with Nam Jim Jaew. (Northeastern-style
Spicy Sauce)
Note
: The name means "Crying Tiger".
This is one of the hottest dish of Esarn.
