Preparation:
1. Soak the sweet basil seeds in a cup of
water for 30 minutes or until swollen.
2. In a large pot, boil the coconut milk
and water. Add palm sugar and salt. This
creates sweeten coconut milk.
3. If you wish, drop in the jasmine extract
and stir well.
4. Arrange the fruit in a serving dish,
and pour the coconut milk over the fruit.
Top with crushed ice, and serve immediately.
Note
: Brown sugar can be a substitute for palm
sugar.
