Preparation:

1. In a pot, bring the Agar Dessert mix and water to a boil. Stir constantly until thoroughly mixed.
2. Pour into a mould or shallow container. Let cool until set.
3. Cut the dessert into bite-size cubes.
4. Place in a serving dish and top with fruit salad.
