Thua Khiew Tom
Ingredients:
For 4-6 servings
1 packet Agar Dessert (Almond Tofu Dessert) mix, almond flavour
3 cups water
1 cup fruit salad
 

Preparation:

1. Soak the green beans in warm water for at least 3 hours or overnight.
2. In a large pot, boil the water.
3. Add the soaked green beans and brown sugar to the boiling water. Boil the beans until the beans are properly cooked or become soft.

Note : Green beans are high in protein.
