Preparation:
1.
In a pot, boil water or broth. Then, add
beef entrails.
2. Add lemongrass, galangal, kaffir lime
leaves, and sawtooth corianders. Stir well,
and leave until the beef entrails are cooked.
3. Season with fish sauce, fresh chillies,
and lime juice.
Note
: Beef entrails can be substituted with
any kind of meat.
