Woon Nam Ma-Prao Orn
Ingredients:
For 4 servings
2 tbs. Non-flavoured jello or gelatin powder
3 cups Young coconut juice
3/4 of 1 cup Sugar
1/4 tsp. salt young coconut meat, thinly sliced
 

Preparation:

1. In the pot, dissolve the gelatin powder in the coconut juice over low heat.
2. Add sugar as desired.
3. Stir continuously approximately 10 minutes until well dissolved. Add young coconut meat to the boiling juice.
4. Then, add salt slightly before removing from heat. Let it stand for a short while.
5. Pour it to the desired dessert mold. Cool it to room temperature and keep in refrigerator until serving.
