Preparation:
1.
In a mortar, pound the garlic and fresh
chillies together. Then, set aside. This
is the garlic mixture.
2 In a mixing bowl, mix together the garlic
mixture, lime juice, fish sauce, sugar and
chilli sauce together. Stir until well blended.
This creates a spicy juice.
3. In a serving dish, place the onion, carrot,
tomatoes and mushrooms. Then, top with the
spicy juice.
Note
: This dish is suitable for low calorie
diet. It contains only 80 calories.
