carrot,boiled
and cut into small match sticks |

fish
sauce |

mint
leaves coriander leaves and lettuce for garnishing |

Preparation:
1.
Cut the eggs into quarters. Arrange them
in the serving plate.
2. Arrange ham , carrots, red onion and
chillies on top of the eggs.
3. Mix the fish sauce with lime juice. Pour
over the salad ingredients. Top with mint
leaves.
4. Serve with coriander leaves and lettuce.
