Khao Nam Khang National Park

Established in 1991, the Khao Nam Khang National Park in Songkhla province is part of a highland area that extends all the way to Malaysia. It has a cooler climate and completely different ecology from the lowland areas of peninsular Thailand. There are several nice waterfalls and a few seldom visited hiking trails in the Park.

Look for eco-tourism in other provinces.
