Rafting at Ratchaprapha or Chieo Lan Dam

Rafting at Ratchaprapha DamMost visitors are eager to visit the reservoir in the Ratchaphrapa Dam offering rafting on Khlong Saeng. Ratchaprapha or Chieo Lan Dam is really worth visiting for spectacular vistas of natural beauty and tranquility. It is a place where you can get away from it all. Breathtaking scenery can be spotted from the wide-spreading lake amid the Ratchaprapha Dam.

Ratchaprapha Dam is located some 82 km from the provincial capital through highway 401, then a right turn between km 52 and 53 and another 12 km along an access road. Accommodation is provided near the dam. For further details, please contact the Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand in Bangkok at +66 2 436 3170, or the Ratchaprapha Dam Office at +66 77 311 364, or 240 740.
