There is a post office in
the provincial capital, Rayong, as well as several commercial
Internet shops. Domestic and international telephone calls
can be made at numerous places in the province, by regular
or card phone.
On the island of Ko Samet
there is a small post office and an international satellite
card phone for making overseas calls. There is also a phone
booth for making domestic calls within Thailand.
