Although hardly a festival, the Bangkok Motor Show is a major event, which attracts hundreds of thousands of people each year. The show usually lasts for more than a week, at the beginning of April, and is held at the Bangkok International Trade and Exhibition Center (BITEC), on Bangna-Trad Road.

The Bangkok Motor Show is the largest show of its kind in Southeast Asia, showcasing the latest automotive technologies and products from all corners of the globe. As many as 1.7 million visitors attend the event each year.

In addition to the latest automobiles, motorcycles and accessories, the show features a number of special events, including a Miss Motor Show beauty contest.

The BITEC exhibition center is located at Km. 1 of the Bangna-Trad Highway, Bangna District in eastern Bangkok. Bus Nos. 38, 46, 48 and air-conditioned bus 38 pass the center.
