Held in the twelfth lunar month during the Loi Krathong festival, Phra Chedi Klang Nam Fair is celebrated every year to pay homage to the Chedi in Wat Pahk Nam in Rayong's provincial capital. The fair features the local ceremony of wrapping fabrics around the revered Chedi in the middle of the river. The highlights also include exciting boat racing, the Loi Krathong festival and folk performances and drama.
