and Air Mandalay.
Thai
Airways is of course the main domestic operator along with
Bangkok Airways, although most recently, newcomers Orient
Express Air and Angel Air have added Chiang Mai to the schedules.
Thai
Airways has the most flights to and from Don Muang domestic
airport in Bangkok, currently offering eight flights per day
weather permitting. Even so, flights fill quite quickly and
it is recommended to book in advance especially during the
high season, official Thai holidays and extended weekend breaks.
Club
and business passengers should also note that Business class
seats are not always available on all flights.
