Phra Non Sema

This enormous, red sandstone reclining Buddha image, located in the small town of Sung Noen, about 30 km west of Nakorn Ratchasima, is one of the largest and oldest in Thailand, dating back over 1300 years. Archaeological digs in the surrounding area have turned up numerous ancient bronze Buddha images, along with other artifacts, such as Buddhist printing plates, and glass religious beads.
