Wat Kam Ko

On Padung Muay To Road, opposite from Phra Non Temple, is Wat Kam Ko, sometimes referred to as Wat Dok Bun Nak. This temple retains ancient scriptures, written in the local dialect, describing the history of the Shan people. The overall structure of the buildings reflects Shan influence, as does the temple's most distinguishing feature, the roofed path from the entrance to the main sanctuary (locally called Chong).
