Phra Chao Ong Tu

Located in the Tha Bo district of Nong Khai, this temple is home to the famous "crying Buddha." According to the tale, this Buddha image shed tears when art thieves cut off its hand, and did not stop until the hand was returned.

This temple is located just 3 km outside of Nong Khai, and is accessible by way of Route 211.
