Kuti
Kuti
Temple, constructed in the Ayutthaya period, features a beautifully
carved teak rite hall ('ubosot'). The shrine's exterior walls
are meticulously carved into scenes depicting the ten incarnations
of the Buddha. The door panels are covered in an open lattice-work
of inter-twined spray patterns, all superbly crafted. The
seal of King Rama IV can be seen on the building's eastern
gable, while King Rama V's seal is on the western gable. The
temple is open daily during standard office hours.
Kuti
Temple is located in Bang Kem Sub-district of Khao Yoi District,
along Phetkasem Road. From Bangkok, the temple is on the left
hand side, about 6 km before the entrance to the provincial
office.
