Phra Buddha Angkhirot

The Thai styled pavilion has a four-side porch enshrining the revered Phra Buddha Angkhirot. Phra Buddha Angkhirot is a Replica of Phra Buddha Sihing. Built in 1965, Phra Buddha Angkhirot is made of pure silver with a 65-cm lap. Somdet Phra Sangkarat was given a very long official designation of 28 words, but it was shortened to Phra Buddha Angkhirot. It is highly revered by both local people and visitors as a symbol of the province.
